Mushroom with chicken feet

Ingredients

60g Dried Chinese mushrooms
10 Chicken feet
3 Clove Garlic
1/3 Cup Dark soy sauce
2/3 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Oil


Method:
* Wash the dried Chinese mushroom and soak with a little salt for 40 min.
* Squeeze out the excess water .
* Add the chicken feet in boiling water for 5 minutes.
* Heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
* Add the chicken feet and stir fry.
* Mix in the mushroom
* put the Dark soy sauce and water

cook til the chicken feet become soft and add salt.
